- The CSC Digital Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. The individual will manage budgets, organize project structures, track progress, and provide insightful management reports.

Profile
- Strong budget management skills, with the ability to monitor and optimize spending.
- Expertise in tracking the progress of complex projects and identifying deviations from plans.
- Proficiency in collaborating with project managers to organize and simplify complex information.
- Experience managing change control processes effectively.
- Capability to prioritize & organize project structures for clarity and efficiency.
- Experience creating and delivering management reports on project and portfolio status.
- Proven track record of managing complex budgets and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to influence teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with portfolio management tools and software.
- Knowledge of digital transformation strategies and trends.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid project management environments.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level reporting.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on mitigating risks in project delivery.
Education / Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Experience with ERP implementation
- Experience with Manufacturing and Automation process platforms
- Knowledge of data engineering tools and procedures
- Knowledge of 3rd party clinical trial supply planning tools
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines
- Located in Canada or in the USA (only)
Work experience
- We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Deep knowledge of portfolio planning tools
- At least 5+ years of experience managing large, technical projects or portfolios.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), or similar certifications are preferred
